14 DAY FAULTY RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns for change of mind.  Monies paid can be put onto a e-gift card or items can be exchanged.

Faulty Returns

If your item is faulty upon delivery, please return it within 30 days as sold.  Washed items cannot be returned.  You will be refunded your shipping costs once the item has been returned by your original payment method.

Exchange

If you have ordered the wrong size, your item can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery.  As orders are made to order, we allow 1 exchange to get you your correct size.  Please refer to the size guide on the store to ensure you check your size is right.  Washed items cannot be returned.

WRONG ADDRESS RETURNS / UNDELIVERED 

If you're item is returned as the wrong address was input incorrectly during checkout or after several delivery attempts no one answers, we will reach out to you and hold onto your items ready for re-shipping.  Shipping costs will have to be repaid.
